We do not offer full or partial refunds for our subscription service, and we do not accept returned items. If your subscription has already started (3, 6, or 12 month subscription) we will not provide a partial refund for your remaining subscription term. We do understand that their are extenuating circumstances and will do our best to provide a solution to problems on a case by case basis. We try to ship your first order within 7 working days subject to availability of the products and all of the subsequent boxes out on or around the 25th of every month. If products are unavailable for current shipping period, it will automatically be enrolled on to the subsequent months shipping period. Shipped boxes can take up to 9 business days depending on where you are located.
