Refund & Returns Policy

We do not offer full or partial refunds for our subscription service, and we do not accept returned items. If your subscription has already started (3, 6, or 12 month subscription) we will not provide a partial refund for your remaining subscription term. We do understand that their are extenuating circumstances and will do our best to provide a solution to problems on a case by case basis. Subscription Contract and Cancellation Policy

When signing up for a PoochBox subscription you acknowledge that your subscription has an automatic renewal policy. All subscriptions will be auto-renewed and billed in the first week of your renewal month. All subscriptions will auto renew to the previously purchased subscription term. By using this site, you hereby agree to the automatic renewal and take responsibility for all recurring charges accrued prior to cancellation. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at anytime by logging into their account page, or by emailing support@poochbox.in. Customers who cancel will receive the remainder of the shipments under their current subscription term and will not be auto-renewed for subsequent terms. Customers who cancel their subscription will not receive a prorated refund, but will receive the remainder of the products purchased under the original term. PoochBox reserves the right to cancel, or void any customer subscriptions at anytime. Violations of the privacy policy or terms of use may be subject to cancelation and account suspension.

Shipping

We try to ship your first order within 7 working days subject to availability of the products and all of the subsequent boxes out on or around the 25th of every month. If products are unavailable for current shipping period, it will automatically be enrolled on to the subsequent months shipping period. Shipped boxes can take up to 9 business days depending on where you are located.
